Process

Stage 01. A Tailored Brief

Stage 01. A Tailored Brief

We approach design as both a creative and analytical process. Each project begins with a close reading of the site, its context, and your wants and needs, allowing us to develop a clear design brief and a strong foundation for the work ahead. We begin with a conversation about your vision for the garden and your preferences, before exploring design possibilities.

Stage 02. Concept Design

The concept design stage is where the overall vision for your garden takes shape. We test ideas for form, style, materials and circulation, then communicate the concept through illustrations and mood imagery to show how the space should feel and come together.

Stage 03: Design Development

Evolving the initial design into a coherent and buildable scheme, refining form, layout and key details while responding to planning, budgetary and technical requirements. We assist with the tender process, providing recommendations of preferred landscapers and partner suppliers.

Stage 04. Management

Stage 04. Management

Our eyes, ears and knowledge follow the project through the construction phase by coordinating detailed information, undertaking regular site inspections and working closely with the contractor to ensure high quality and design intent are built to as intended.
