What should I share when I enquire?

A little context is enough to begin. Tell us where the property is, what stage the project is at, what you would like the garden to become, your approximate construction budget, and any timing you are working toward. You do not need to arrive with a finished brief.

What happens after I get in touch?

We review each enquiry personally to understand the property, scope and timing. If the project feels aligned, we will be in touch to arrange the next conversation and guide you toward the most appropriate way to begin.

How soon will I hear from you?

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Every enquiry is considered individually, so you can expect a thoughtful response rather than an automated next step.

Do I need plans or a survey before contacting you?

No. If you already have architectural drawings, a survey or site information, they are helpful, but they are not required for the initial conversation. We will let you know what is needed as the project develops.

Is it too early to get in touch?

Usually not. Early involvement can be especially valuable if you are building, renovating, planning a pool, or making decisions around levels, retaining, access or services. The earlier the garden is considered, the more naturally it can belong to the whole property.

What if my project is not quite ready for a full commission?

That is completely fine. Some clients begin with the Garden Direction Half-Day to gain clarity around direction, priorities and investment before committing to a larger design process.

Do you take projects beyond the Gold Coast?

Yes. We work across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern Rivers, Melbourne and consider selected projects beyond these areas where the scope and timing are a good fit.
